Front of House

All of the trim was painted in October 2010, all windows were re-glazed in September 2010, new motion front light 2010, front step railing resealed and painted in August 2010, and house shutters were painted October 2010. The siding is a cream aluminum, NEW ROOF Tear off in 2007, new landscaping on side of house in 2007.

Living Room

Living room is adorable!!! Features crown molding, white trim, arched entryways. The walls have a orange-peel finish and are freshly painted. The carpet is Frieze and is only a couple years old.  Ceiling fan is brand new too!

View From Entry.  The entry has brand new marble flooring. The archway leads to the dining room. The dining room has beautiful ceramic tile.

Dining Room

The dining room, trim, and ceiling was painted in 2010.  The flooring is a beautiful ceramic tile, the lighting on the wall is touch activated, and the lighting is new in 2010.  The sliding glass doors lead out to the back patio.  The patio was stained in 2010.

Kitchen

The kitchen is attractively updated and feels spacious! New counter-tops, sink, and cabinets in 2007. New hardware and light fixture in 2009. New faucet in 2010. The stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher are included.

The small square door to the right of the refrigerator is the laundry chute to the basement laundry area. The tall narrow door to the right of the chute is used as spice rack and misc. storage.

The door to the right leads to the dinning room.

Off the kitchen is a short stairway leading to the side door and further to the basement.  It includes a coat and storage area just opposite the side door entrance.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom features newer frieze carpet, a new ceiling light fixture, and refurbished original glass knobs on entry and closet doors.  The closet has additional shelving added for maximum storage use.  The curtains are custom made from IKEA fabric and can remain per the buyers request.

Guest Bedroom

The guest bedroom is spacious and currently doubles as an office.  Freshly painted, the room features newer carpet, new light fixture, original glass knobs on doors, and a deep closet with built-in shelving and plenty of storage.

The door to the left of the computer leads to the hallway.

The door to the left of the cabinet is the closet door.

Third Bedroom

Third bedroom has two closets. The room has new carpet in 2007 and the walls were painted in 2009. The light is a small chandelier and will be replaced with new lighting unless otherwise requested.
